Fellowship of Enrichment
The educational arm of NMBFC. Its purpose is to provide education for members of churches and to develop educational resources throughout the year. The Fellowship provides education focusing on spiritual growth and is customized to address real issues facing Christians today. It is designed to be interactive, exciting and relevant.

Pastor's and Minister's Fellowship
To provide an atmosphere that encourages, advises, affirms and supports Pastors and Ministers as God's authorized agents.

Brotherhood
To minister to the needs of men of all ages, and help them address the unique challenges that they face today. We place special focus on deepening our spirituality and our knowledge of God, and on fulfilling the work of the Great Commission by reaching out to the lost.

Ministers' Wives and Widows
To cultivate friendships, to provide Christian advice by encouraging wives and widows in times of need, and to support their husbands by being prayerful and sacrificially visible in the ministry.

Women's Fellowship I
For women ages 21 to 45. To be a guiding light in leading all women to a greater understanding of God's will for their lives.. Women in this group often must balance family, job and church/commuity involvement. In this group, instruction and support are provided to help them not just survive, but thrive! There is also a focus on outreach and a committment to community involvement.

Women's Fellowship II
For women ages 46 and above. To be living evidence that God is in us and is a part of all we do. We further seek to be examples of virtuous women by submitting to the will of God. Education is provided to equip the women to function as leaders in the church. Special attention is placed on learning how to handle the pressures of aging and on meeting the many and varied demands that arise. There is a strong support structure, with regular classes, fellowship and mission outreach.

Ushers
To exemplify Psalm 84:10 by the demonstration of Christian service. Ushers focus on supporting the Pastor, making the congregation comfortable, and keeping the church service flowing in a spiritual way.

Music
To provide a balanced music ministry with the ultimate focus of glorifying God, providing support to the spoken word with music that is biblically sound; leading, uplifting, edifying and inspiring the receivers of the word with songs sung in spirit and in truth with a pure heart; divinely bringing lost souls to Christ and strengthening the heart of believers.

Youth Services
Designed to help youth gain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. To stimulate the development of qualities of Christian personalities and character sufficient for all of life's situations. A keen appreciation of Christian family life and a sense of individual responsibility. Building an effective Sunday School. Community outreach.

Pastoral Support
SWAT Team support for churches in crisis. Pastoral guidance and mentoring.
